-Toronto’s Bensimon Byrne has been appointed ad agency for the recently merged mutual fund company Spectrum Bullock and United Financial, beating out two other agencies for the job.

Spectrum Bullock and United Financial is a subsidiary of Sunlife Canada.

The two-year old Bensimon Byrne will be responsible for introducing the merged company to the investment community, and for RRSP advertising due out early next year.

Bensimon Byrne will also develop a new corporate identity and positioning for the company with design firm Tudhope Associates and the Research Management Group.
