LanSer Personal Communications has named a new management team to lead it in its application for a Personal Communications Services (pcs) licence.

The new appointments include David Annan, who has been named president and chief operating officer.

Annan was most recently vice-president, business planning, and general manager of Cantel’s PCS, Paging and Data division.

Sales and marketing for the wireless communications company is in the hands of Vice-President Michael Abramsky.

Abramsky is former vice-president of marketing at Toronto-based software company Delrina.

LanSer Personal Communications is a subsidiary of LanSer Wireless and has offices in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver and Ottawa.
