The Ontario Lottery Corporation has picked three agencies to handle creative for its $23-million account for the next three years.
They are: incumbent corporate agency Weaver Tanner & Miller, of Kitchener; incumbent Promanad Communications, of Toronto, and Cossette Communication-Marketing, also of Toronto.
Each agency will be assigned a portfolio of brands and corporate marketing, although the specific assignments have not yet been decided.
Media Buying Services handles placement.
Other agencies on the short-list were incumbent Padulo Integrated, Ambrose Carr Linton Kelly, and Harrod & Mirlin. PS
