The Ontario Lottery Corporation has discarded the agency pool system and will begin a review of its $23-million account through Ontario’s Advertising Review Board with a call for tender ad on April 10.
Tom Dawley, acting vice-president of marketing, says the olc is looking for three agencies and each will be assigned a portfolio of brands and corporate marketing.
A final decision is scheduled for early July.
The incumbent agencies on the business are Padulo Integrated and Promanad Communications of Toronto and Brooks Marketing Resources of Sault Ste. Marie.

The olc also expects to announce a new vice-president of marketing early next month.
Dawley, director of Online Games, has been filling the role since Philip Rowlatt-Smith left Jan. 1 after five years.
