The Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants has awarded its $500,000-plus national account to Montreal agency, Communications bleu blanc rouge and a team of executives from several other Canadian agencies.
More than 60 shops expressed interest in the business.
The team, headed by Hubert Sacy, senior vice-president planning and development at bleu blanc rouge, will include agency Creative Director Richard Constantineau; Jim Ryan, president of Palmer Jarvis Advertising of Vancouver; and Johanne Bedard, president of Challenge, of Montreal, will handle the media planning and buying.
The primary mandate is to set strategy for the organization and isolate groups to target the message to hire and work with chartered accountants.
CICA represents 57,000 chartered accountants across Canada and Bermuda and sets accounting and auditing standards for business, non-profit organizations and government. PS
