Kert Advertising now has complete ownership of subsidiary agency Muller Jordan Weiss after buying the 49.5% it did not already have.

MJW of Toronto was formed in 1977 as a joint venture of Toronto-based Kert and Muller Jordan Weiss of New York.

mjw, Toronto, is the only existing office as the New York office was sold about five years ago and merged into another agency.

mjw, Toronto specializes in agricultural chemicals and animal health clients such as Monsanto Canada – Agricultural Group and the Upjohn Company – Animal Health Division of Upjohn Inter-American. PS
