Peter Mills is being touted as the successor to Glen Fortinberry, the chairman of u.s.-based Ross Roy Group who died Aug. 17.

The Ross Roy board of directors met last Friday and a replacement is expected to be announced this week.

Mills left his post of president and chief operating officer of BBDO North America this past July to become president and chief executive officer of Ross Roy, two positions that had been held by Fortinberry.

Ross Roy Group of Bloomfield Hills, Mich. is made up of six advertising and marketing communication companies in Michigan, New York, Ohio and Canada.

It lists Chrysler and Kmart as two of its major clients. PS
