Two of the founding partners of Blouin Coulombe Dube Thompson of Montreal have been working on their own since the end of July while continuing to do some freelance work for the agency.
Nicolas Dube, vice-president art director, and Gerald Coulombe, vice-president creative director, made the move in order to escape the complexities of a large agency and get back to a simpler structure.
There is no time limit on the agreement they have signed with Blouin Coulombe to continue to work with some of its clients.
Jacques Blouin, the third founding partner, is staying with the agency as president.
Blouin Coulombe is partly owned by J. Walter Thompson. PS
