Bozell Palmer Bonner has bought Toronto marketing communications firm Kennedy Huggins Marchant Shields (khms.)

khms will be merged into the agency’s promotions unit, PSG Palmer Bonner, which specializes in direct marketing, event marketing, database marketing and sales support.

khms President Kevin Kennedy is taking over as vice-president and general manager of psg, replacing Geoff Arnoldi, who moved to Young & Rubicam as senior vice-president, director account management this past December.

Elizabeth Huggins, khms vice-president, has been named managing director, along with Duaina Kirby, psg’s current managing director.

Also joining psg from khms are LaRue Shields, creative director, and Della Hough, account co-ordinator. PS
