Three more leave Communique

Three members of the Communique management team have resigned after the departure early last month of the president and co-founder, Tony Chapman.

Ellie Rubin, director of business development, left last week, and Andrew Crighton, executive vice-president and co-founder, left a few weeks ago.

Thomas Howlett, director of production, has served notice that he will quit at the end of October.

Chapman’s dismissal, and the resignations, at Communique come in the wake of a proposed acquisition by The Incentive Design Group.

Incentive Design is traded on the Vancouver Stock Exchange, making the deal subject to regulatory approval.

The purchase price of more than $3 million will be raised by issuing more than six million common shares of Incentive Design capital stock at $.45 per share.

Communique was bought by the Rider Travel Group from Michael Peters Group two years ago.

Company Chairman Mark Rider will join the board of directors of the new company.

Incentive Design President Geoff Genovese has replaced Chapman as president of Communique.

Chapman has since started Capital C Communications in Toronto.
