Blouin garners Ouimet account

Blouin Coulombe Dube Thompson of Montreal has won the national advertising account of J.-R. Ouimet of Ville d’Anjou, Que., previously with Marketel/Foster/McCann-Erickson.

Ouimet makes and markets prepared canned foods under the Cordon Bleu, Clark and Paris-Pate labels.

Jacques Blouin, president of Blouin Coulombe, says the assignment will consist mainly of tv ads and promotions.

Ouimet bought Clark last year and has increased its ad budget for this year to reflect the acquisition.
