Leo Burnett wins big at the Andy Awards

Leo Burnett was the only Canadian agency to win at the Andy Awards, hosted in New York tonight. The agency took home seven trophies, including four Golds, two Silvers and one Bronze, all for its work with non-profit Raising the Roof.

“Red Chair” (pictured right) nabbed five of the awards, including four Golds in Outdoor advertising, press and copywriting and a Silver for newspaper, while “Lost Cat” (pictured below) grabbed a Gold for copywriting and a Silver for outdoor.

Leo Burnett international took home 18 awards across its global network.

Raising the Roof also won a Silver Lion at Cannes last year, a Communications Art award, and at a number of national and regional shows.

The Andy Awards, presented by the Advertising Club, honours creativity in advertising throughout the world.
