Cossette has hired Peter Keiller in a new senior leadership role within the agency’s CRM team, where he will serve as group VP and head of technology.
Keiller, who brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, most recently worked at business technology consultancy Slalom as a director on its global marketing cloud team. He has also held senior roles at agencies in both the U.S. and Canada, including Cheshire Impact and Couch & Associates.
With Cossette, he will work to expand Cossette’s CRM technical expertise while also building synergy with martech consultancy Munvo, which the Plus Company network acquired last month. Keiller says that the role is an “opportunity I can’t pass up.”
“More and more clients are looking for a creative platform-driven approach,” he expounds. “It’s particularly crucial in today’s data-driven environment.”
The agency has made it a “strategic priority to invest in one-to-one [marketing],” according to Julie Haroutunian, VP and managing director, and Keiller’s hire will help to better position it for innovation and delivery for clients that include TD, SAQ, Société des casinos du Québec and Tourisme Montréal.
