Tux Creative House has acquired Los Angeles-based agency Another Creative.

The move comes two years after Montreal’s Tux expanded and rebranded, opening an office in Los Angeles, built around the premise of having a strong affinity for California and the west coast market.

Buying Another Creative is a move that Tux says is set to strengthen its position in the U.S. market by doubling the size of its team, adding notable clients to its portfolio and expanding the leadership body.

Tux offers a progressive full-service approach to consumer brands in beauty, food, fashion, technology and finance, including Bausch Health, Converse, Eucerin U.S., Prada Skincare, Milani Cosmetics and Lancôme Paris.

Unifying Another Creative under the Tux banner adds brands like Nike USA, Perry Ellis and YouTube to the fold, and “reinforces Tux’s commitment to reshaping the narrative of consumer brands in the global market.”

Chelsea Matthews, the founder of Another Creative, will join Tux’s executive team, stepping into the role of vice president of creative and partner for the U.S. business. The entire Another Creative team will join her at Tux.

“Their work is exceptional, and they have built solid client relationships across the USA,” Dominic Tremblay, Tux’s CEO and co-founder. “It’s evident that our teams share the same values and possess incredible talent, making us a perfect match.”

Tux, which has successfully implemented a four-day work week for 18 months in Montreal, and a year in Los Angeles, says it will move forward with a singular, cross-border, cohesive management team that will transcend location and foster a global creative community.
