Aspire promotes senior marketer
Food service and retail manufacturer, Aspire Bakeries, has promoted Lisa Papaloni to senior director of strategy, marketing and innovation for North America.
Aspire brands include La Brea, La Francaise, Pennant, Oakrun Farm and Otis Spunkmeyer.
Papaloni was most recently the company’s director of strategy, marketing and innovation for North America. She previously served as marketing manager at lawn and garden company, Scotts Canada, for nine years.
Papaloni was also senior brand manager at Kellogg Canada and consumer marketing manager for Maple Leaf Foods. And she began her advertising career with brand manager roles at Borden Foods and Novartis Consumer Health.
Monster Energy staffs up
Andrea Tambasco is starting a new position as senior marketing manager of Eastern Canada at Monster Energy, in Montreal. Tambasco was recently the beverage brand’s events manager for Eastern Canada.
Agency side, Tambacso worked for SDI as an account manager, managing and executing targeted brand experiential marketing programs, sports sponsorship and large-scale events. The client roster he worked on included Rogers, Molson Coors, Jack Links and PepsiCo.
Home Depot promotes a digital marketer
Home Depot promoted Preet Devgon to senior analyst of digital marketing.
She joined the home reno retailer as an analyst in 2022 and previously served as ecomm team lead at Mosaic North America and account manager for promo supplier Reward Connections.
Ashley HomeStore owner beefs up marketing team
Katarina Salatic is the new manager of influencer marketing for The Dufresne Group (TDG), owner of furniture retailers Dufresne, Ashley HomeStore (Canada) and Dufresne Retail Solutions Group (dRSG).
She is most recently account exec at Viral Nation. Previously, she was client advisor with apparel brand Moncler.

Graeme Gibson is starting a new position as director of marketing for Western Canada at 123Dentist.
He is
