Marketing Store Worldwide hires Mark Deep

Chicago-based Brand activation agency Marketing Store Worldwide said on Monday it hired industry veteran Mark Deep as SVP, CRM & Loyalty for North America. He will be based in Toronto and report to Simon Marshall, EVP and managing director North America. Deep will focus on strategy, client service, analytics and business development.

“Mark has built an exceptional reputation for business building through reinvigorating planning and marketing strategies, customer analytics and loyalty program management and measurement,” said Marshall in a statement. “Our clients will benefit from this approach as they look to drive measurable and meaningful business results from CRM and loyalty marketing programs.”

Deep was previously at Wunderman/WPP Toronto as SVP strategic services/business development, where he worked with brands such as Microsoft, Ford, Kraft, Smucker’s and Chico’s. His resume also includes stints at ING Direct, Dell and Scotiabank.
