Cossette Toronto has been chosen as the new “omni-channel experience partner” for the Retail Council of Canada, which represents more than 45,000 retail storefronts in Canada.
“We were looking for an agency that can provide a combination of strategic insight along with a deep understanding and appreciation of how digital user experiences can be leveraged across customer touchpoints,” Michael LeBlanc, SVP, marketing and digital retail for the organization, said in a press release.
Cossette’s new mandate has already started and will include helping make the Retail Council’s digital presence more “customer-centric and innovative,” according to the release. It will also mean making the organization’s website more usable and personalized for increased engagement. The revamped site is set to roll out later this year.
The new business win comes just weeks after Cossette won the business for SickKids and the Business Development Bank of Canada. The agency also recently bolstered its digital capabilities with new hires in its Montreal office.
