Another day in Cannes, another five Lions (and couple dozen shortlist mentions) for Canadians. Leo Burnett Toronto, FCB Toronto and J. Walter Thompson Canada all added wins to their 2017 tallies on Monday.
In Outdoor and Promo & Activation, Leo Burnett nabbed Gold and Bronze, respectively, for its “Cook This Page” campaign for IKEA Canada.
Fresh off of winning in the Health Lions competition over the weekend with its work with the Canadian Down Syndrome Society, FCB Toronto now has added a Bronze win in PR for the same campaign.
For its part, JWT won two Bronze Lions, also in PR, for its White Ribbon campaign, “#20MinutesofAction4Change.”
Then on Tuesday, Canada also added more shortlists to its total, including 19 in the Design category, seven in Media and two in Entertainment for Music, bringing the entire count to 72 mentions.
