Intact names Cossette as AOR

The insurance company has retained the Toronto-based agency for integrated marketing, including traditional and digital media channels.

Cossette has picked up Intact Insurance as its latest client, handling its traditional and digital media channels. The Toronto-based agency picked up the account in December, taking over from GWP Brand Engineering.

“Intact Insurance’s marketing team has been considering new approaches towards building its brand, enhancing the attractiveness of its offer and promoting greater engagement on loyalty with its customers,” said Monika Federau, SVP marketing at Intact, in a release. “As a result, we have been looking for an agency with expertise across a variety of marketing disciplines and the ability to support our coast-to-coast activities.”

“We are really excited to work with them to ensure that their great story gets told,” said Andrew Bergstrom, EVP and managing director of Cossette. The agency is currently undergoing onboarding, and will be focused on redesigning Intact’s website and regional campaigns in the coming months.
