Zerotrillion promotes Aubrey Podolsky to partner, president
Aubrey Podolsky (pictured, right) has been promoted to partner and president of the Toronto office, in addition to maintaining his responsibilities as global chief strategy officer.
Additionally, Zerotrillion welcomes new executive hire Chris Hunter (pictured, left) to the agency, taking on Aubrey’s day-to-day management role of Zerotrillion’s Toronto office as managing director, while also leading delivery on a global scale in the dual role of global chief client officer.
Hunter will focus on expanding Zerotrillion’s presence in North America.
Hunter brings more than 20 years of award-winning marketing and communications experience to Zerotrillion. He has held senior positions at TBWA, Chiat and Day Los Angeles, Juniper Park, FCB Seattle, Cossette, Grey and Publicis.
He has also worked with major brands such as Molson Coors, Frito-Lay, PepsiCo, Amazon, Boeing, Rogers Communications, Bell Canada, CIBC, GM and Nissan/Infiniti.
Zerotrillion is building on its strong momentum from 2024, securing new clients such as Choice Properties, Turo, Achievers, the Rideau Hall Foundation and Universities Canada, while continuing its partnership with Niagara Falls Tourism.
One Twenty Three West promotes two to VP roles
One Twenty Three West has named Colin Carroll (pictured, left) as vice president of strategy and Natalie McClare (pictured, right) as vice president of operations.
Carroll, who joined 123W in 2022, has supported agency clients including Real Canadian Superstore, No Frills, Sleeman Breweries, Explore Seattle Southside and Aquamar.
In her new role as VP of operations, McClare will oversee the agency’s creative resourcing, lead the production team and work closely with managing directors.
Both are based in Toronto, where the shop is building a leadership team.
