Bimbo Canada appoints two senior marketers
Alistair Senn (above, left) and Robert Kolatschek (above, right) are taking on new senior marketing roles with Bimbo Canada, producer and distributor of packaged bread and bakery products.
Senn is starting a new position as marketing director of total bread at Bimbo Canada. Previously, he served as interim VP of marketing for the CPG. Before joining Bimbo Canada in 2024, he was associate director of marketing for Barilla Group’s Catelli Pasta.
At Catelli, Senn built the case internally for a brand repositioning and comprehensive redesign for Catelli, the largest redesign ever for the brand. He also led consumer and product research efforts that led to establishing “All-Natural Ingredients” for the brand as a point of differentiation.
Kolatschek is also starting a new position as marketing director of consumer insights and innovation at Bimbo Canada. Prior, Kolatschek held the role of director of customer and consumer insight. He joined Bimbo in 2016 from Mondelez, where he was director of customer and shopper insight.
