Former BMO VP returns to Bond Brand Loyalty

unnamedBond Brand Loyalty – formerly Maritz Canada – has named a new EVP, client services to head the company’s customer loyalty solutions group. Rob Daniel joins from his position as VP of enterprise loyalty and customer insight from the Bank of Montreal.

In his new role, Daniel will focus on growth for all the company’s client services teams, major accounts and loyalty solutions, according to a release.

The addition of Daniel was designed to strengthen the agency’s leadership and is part of an ongoing strategy to change how brands apply loyalty to business.

This is a return to Bond for Daniel, who worked with the company while it was Maritz before joining BMO. He left the company in December 2012, as the VP, managing director, loyalty and research.
