The Orchestre symphonique de Montréal (OSM) has renewed an assignment with creative agency Bob on its annual galas, the Bal d’une nuit d’été and Bal d’une nuit d’été ÉCLATÉ.
The events are billed as among the most important cultural and benefit events in the province, and together bring several hundred business and philanthropic professionals under one roof for a concert by maestro Rafael Payare. Bob is responsible for conceiving, creating and producing the events.
“Following the success of last year, a concert will be presented to all guests at the start of the evening – a beautiful way to immerse oneself in the universe of the OSM,” explains Gabrielle Thom Gadbois, senior director of account services at Bob. “Bob’s teams have been working on the ideation and production of the event for several weeks now. There are still many steps to be completed before the big night of the events, but we are moving forward with joy and good spirits.”
With the flagship Bal d’une nuit d’été marking its 24th year and ÉCLATÉ marking its 5th, the events have adopted the theme of “Nocturnal Reveries,” which Gadbois describes as “an enigmatic and surprising experience.”
They will be held on June 1 at the Maison Symphonique of Montreal and the Place des Arts esplanade, the latter beneath a dome specifically erected for the occasion.
