Tourisme Montreal picks Cossette to lead digital

Following a public call for tenders, Tourisme Montréal has chosen Cossette as its lead digital agency.

Cossette will be responsible for developing the tourism board’s digital strategy, managing and maintaining online ecosystems and overseeing a CRM strategy.

“Digital is indispensable to tourism marketing and the client experience,” says Louis Duchesne, president, Québec and East at Cossette. “Over the years, Tourisme Montréal has shown real leadership and an outstanding ability to innovate in this area.”

In its last campaign, Tourisme Montréal put cameras in the hands of locals to show off its vibe, and recently it touted the city’s winter travel opportunities.

Sylvie Charette, CMO at Tourisme Montréal, says it’s an exciting time for the brand right now, as it navigates the post-pandemic period and a new reality for world travelers.
