Publicis Montreal names CCO

Publicis Montreal has named Johan Vakidis its chief creative officer, where Vakidis will lead the creative teams of the agency.

Vakidis brings two decades of international experience to the role. He’ll be looked to to reinforce the growth, innovation and creativity for Publicis Montreal.

Prior to joining Publicis Montreal, Vakidis most recently worked as chief creative officer and VP of creative content and experience for the  C2MTL Conference. He built his reputation by working on global campaigns for such clients as Adidas, Nike, Coca-Cola and Apple. He also previously worked as global executive creative director at Sid Lee, as chief creative officer for Publicis Worldwide in Shanghai and as digital creative director of Greater China for The Walt Disney Company. He’s also held creative leadership positions with R/GA, AKQA and OgilvyOne

Vakidis has also won several international awards, and served as a juror for prestigious festivals like Cannes, D&AD and One Show.
