Taxi is shaking up its executive team once again, promoting Jeremy Gayton to chief development officer for North America and moving Nancy Beattie into his former role of president at the agency in Canada.
The managerial reshuffling comes five months following the promotion of CBO Steve Mykolyn and the addition of chief creative officer Frazer Jelleyman.
“Having been part of Taxi’s success over the last 10 years, I’m very excited to develop and execute [the agency’s] growth plans as we begin our next chapter,” says Gayton in a release. As the new chief development officer, he will be responsible for managing and overseeing the agency’s development strategies and initiatives across the US and Canada.
Beattie, who has been at the agency for the past 10 years as GM for the Toronto flagship office working with client brands Telus and Canadian Tire, adds: “We’re fortunate to have [had] solid, collaborative client relationships and the opportunity to work on iconic Canadian brands. I’m looking forward to helping enhance the services we offer and build on the success of those relationships and brands.”
